Description:
Silibase-9831 Formulation Aid is a dispersion of high molecular weight silicone polyether in decamethyl
cyclopentasiloxane. The product is an ideal material specifically for water-in-volatile silicone formulations.
As a dispersion aid for both non-polar and polar ingredients, it can make non-polar ingredients in the
external silicone phase and polar ingredients in the internal aqueous phase.

Application:
Silibase-9831 Formulation Aid can be used in a wide range of personal care Application such as:
Color cosmetics;
Skin care;
Sun care;
Antiperspirants and deodorants;

Storage and Transport:
Silibase-9831 Formulation Aid is non-toxic and non-caustic product. In storage and transportation, prevent
 from the exposure of moisture, acids, alkalis, and other impurities.
The product has 12 months shelf life from the date of production at room temperature in seal-tight condition.
