Dimethyl silicone oil (PDMS) is a colorless and transparent new synthetic polymer material, there are many different viscosities (0.65cSt ~ 8 million cSt), from easily flowing liquid to thick semi-solid. This product has special smoothness, softness, hydrophobicity, good chemical stability, excellent electrical insulation and high and low temperature resistance. It has high flash point and low freezing point, and can be used for a long time at - 50 ℃ ~ + 200 ℃. It has small viscosity temperature coefficient, high compressibility, low surface tension, good hydrophobicity and moisture-proof Small thermal conductivity. It’s non-toxic, tasteless, environmentally friendly, pollution-free, and resistant to high temperatures linear polymethylsiloxane.

Typical Use
Dimethyl silicone oil is a colorless, non-toxic and non-volatile liquid. Due to the characteristics of silicon-oxygen bonds and methyl groups, methyl silicone oil has excellent heat resistance, high flash point, electrical insulation, hydrophobicity, and lubricity. High viscosity, low temperature coefficient, high compression resistance, low surface tension, stable chemical properties, water and moisture resistance, non-toxic effects on organisms (including humans), and the use temperature range is -50～+180℃. With various excellent physical properties, it is widely used as bonding, insulating, lubricating, anti-vibration, dustproof oil, as well as defoaming, demolding, paint, textile and daily cosmetics additives.

Storage and Shelf Life
Stored in the original airtight container under the condition of 5℃~30℃, the standard validity period of PDMS is 36 months from the date of manufacture. Please refer to the storage recommendations and expiration date on the packaging.
