Applications:
1. Bis(triethoxysilylpropyl) disulfide has multiple functional groups. It is successfully used in the rubber industry.
This product is used for improving modulus and tensile strength of rubber, reducing compound viscosity and
saving process energy consumption.
2. Compared with Si69, the low-active disulfide group of Si75 is more reliable and provides more scorch safety.
3. Bis(triethoxysilylpropyl) disulfide is especially suitable for polymers with double bond or rubber formulation with
hydroxyl fillers. The suitable fillers include silica, silicate and clay, etc. The suitable rubber include natural rubber
(NR), butadiene styrene rubber (SBR), isoprene rubber (IR), butadiene rubber (BR), acrylonitrile butadiene rubber
(NBR) and ethylene propylene diene rubber (EPDM), etc.
Packaging and Storage:
Bis(triethoxysilylpropyl) disulfide is usually packed in 25KG/200KG drum, IBC or ISO tank.
It is sealed and stored in cool and well ventilated place away from fire and water.
