Product Introduction

SilibaseOGR-H220 is a PFAS-free high-temperature oil &grease repellent that meets relevant national standards for food contact material additives and can be used on paper products with food grade requirements. This product can provide both of water and oil&grease repellent performance with one chemical.It has excellent heat water (100℃ ), heat oil(120℃), and cold oil (0-5 ℃) repellent performance on pulp molded products. The treated paper products still retain their original appearance and hand-feel characteristics. China Equivalent SilibaseOGR-H220 with Excellent performance, fully comparable to the international brand TopScreen MF300 AP, meeting the high standard requirements of food grade packaging. It is applied in combination with other additives in the molded fiber machines, improves water resistance, oil and grease resistance and other physical properties. Your Solenis representative can recommended a combination of additives to use in conjunction with SilibaseOGR-H220 optimized specifically with your furnish and process in mind.

Product Properties
As a PFAS free oil repellent, Silibase OGR-H220 is an ideal alternative to traditional fluorinated products, while complying with FDA standards and being safe and environmentally friendly.

Properties and Characteristics
SilibaseOGR-H220 supplied by Chinese factories provides excellent resistance to high temperature oil (120 ℃), cold water (0-5 ℃), and hot water (100 ℃), making it suitable for environmentally friendly pulp molding products.

Application Process
This product exhibits excellent oil and water resistance, helping enterprises produce more sustainable food packaging solutions.
Pulp molded products :It can be directly added to the water for pulping, and the recommended concentration is 4.0% to 6.0% (dry pulp weight).
SilibaseOGR-H220 should be added/metered into one of the pulp slurries tanks prior the forming vat of the molded fiber machine. The addition point varies based on wet end configuration of the plant. Your Solenis representative can recommend best addition point options suited to your furnish and process.
It has excellent stability however, excessive mechanical shear in handling or pumping can cause separation. Diaphragm metering pumps or Peristaltic pumps are typically used for SilibaseOGR-H220.

Precautions
1. When used in combination with other auxiliaries, please confirm the performance first.
2. The actual dosage and concentration in production vary depending on the production process and equipment. It is recommended to conduct small-scale trial production to determine the optimal addition amount before mass production.
3.Please store this product between 5°C to 25°C (the best storage temperature is below 20 ℃), avoiding direct sunlight, freezing, and other storage conditions that affect product quality
