General Description:
SilibasePUX-95LF is a replacement for TEGOSTAB® B 8715 LF 2 Silicone Surfactant. SilibasePUX-95LF is a non-hydrolysable stabilizer based on organo-modified siloxane. It exhibits good cell regulating efficiency balanced with optimized crushability level (foam openness). It is used in formulations based on methylene diisocyanate (MDI) with a higher degree of inherent stability.
SilibasePUX-95LF is recommended for the automotive, mattress industry & low volatile organic compound (VOC) high resiliency (HR) molded open foams.

• HR molded foam (known also as cold cure foam).
• The recommended dosage ranges from 0.3 to 1.2 pph polyol.
• Recommended for MDI based foams, also suitable as a co-surfactant for TDI or TDI/MDI based foams.

• Can be added in polyol/fully formulated system or as a separate stream
• Should be used at room temperature

• Recommended storage temperature(℃): 10-30.
• This product is non-toxic and non-corrosive.
• 24 months if stored in sealed, moisture-tight containers. If more than 24 months, it can be used only after checking is qualified.
