Product Introduction
New type Smooth and Elastic Silicone Oil Modified with Resin SilibaseTXR-4022-7 is the linear multivariate copolymerization block modified silicone softener.

Application
Applied for polyester, polyester/cotton, polyester/rayon.

Advantage
1. Endow fabric smooth and elastic handfeeling.
2. Give all kinds of chemical fiber fabrics a smooth, soft handfeeling.
3. Excellent bounce, excellent film-forming properties.
4. Do not need emulsifier, use high speed mixer to dilute.

Usage amount for reference
SilibaseTXR-4022-7 diluted emulsion (20% solid content)
(1) Dipping Process: 3~5% (o.w.f)
(2) Padding Process: 10~50g/l

Package
50kg or 120kg plastic barrel.

Storage
Store in cool and ventilated warehouse. 6 months of storage period.

Formula
SilibaseTXR-4022-7: 100kg
Acid water: 10kg (2kg glacial acetic acid+8kg water)
Water: 200kg

Dilute Process
1. Add SilibaseTXR-4022-7 to reactor, start stirring for 5-10 minutes;
2. Add 15kg water to stir for 5 minutes;
3. Add 15kg water to stir for 5 minutes;
4. Add 15kg water to stir for 5 minutes; add 5 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;
5. Add 30kg water to stir for 5 minutes;
6. Add 30kg water to stir for 5 minutes; add 5 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;
7. Add 30kg water to stir for 5 minutes;
8. Add 30kg water to stir for 5 minutes;
9. Slowly add rest water while stirring, stir evenly for 5-10 minutes, add glacial acetic
acid to adjust pH value to 5-6;
10.Filter and pack.

Notice
Must use high speed machine, at last step, can add water slowly.
