Advantage

2. It has self-emulsifying properties, no emulsifier is used, and it is used for dilution with a high-speed disperser.

Application Solution
SilibaseTXR-2460 can be mixed with fluffy silicone oil emulsion to achieve the ultimate soft, smooth and fluffy effect.

Usage amount for reference
(1) Dipping method: SilibaseTXR-2460 diluted solution 3~5% (o.w.f)
(2) Padding method: SilibaseTXR-2460 diluted solution 10~30 g/L

Storage
Store in cool and ventilated warehouse. 6months of storage period.

Feeding
SilibaseTXR-2460 Crude oil: 100kg
Glacial acetic acid: 2kg
Water: 300kg

Operation Process
1. Add SilibaseTXR-2460 crude oil into the stirring tank and start stirring for 5 minutes.
2. Add 2 kg of acid, stir for 5 minutes, stir and disperse evenly.
3. Add 20kg, 20kg, 30kg, 30kg of water in 4 times in sequence, and stir for 15-20 minutes after each addition of water, stir and disperse evenly.
4. Add 50kg of water in 2 times, stir for 10-15 minutes after each addition of water, stir and disperse evenly.
5. After adding the remaining water at a constant speed, stir for another 5 minutes.
6. Stop the machine, check the emulsion, and adjust the pH to 5-6.

Note:A high-speed disperser must be used for emulsification, and the speed can be adjusted by adding water for the last time.
