Product Introduction
Ultra-smooth Fluffy Silicone Oil SilibaseTXR-1103 is a linear multivariate copolymerization block modification of organic silicone softener.

Application
Mainly suitable for polyester, polyester/cotton, nylon/polyester blended fabrics.

Advantage
1. Endow fabric super smooth and soft handle feeling, especially on polyester fiber.
2. Treated fabric has excellent resilience.
3. Tiny yellowing, suitable for the finishing of white, light_x005fcolored and whitened fabrics.
4. Better stability compared to traditional amino silicone oil, easy to repair.
5. Self-emulsified, diluted without emulsifier.

Usage amount for reference
SilibaseTXR-1103 diluted emulsion (20% solid content)
(1) Dipping Process: 3~5% (o.w.f)
(2) Padding Process: 10~30g/l

Package
50kg or 120kg plastic barrel.

Storage
Store in cool and ventilated warehouse. 6 months of storage period.

Formula
SilibaseTXR-1103: 100kg
Acid water: 10kg (2kg glacial acetic acid+8kg water)
Water: 200kg

Dilute Process
1. Add SilibaseTXR-1103 to reactor, start stirring for 5-10 minutes;
2. Add 15kg water to stir for 5 minutes;
3. Add 15kg water to stir for 5 minutes;
4. Add 15kg water to stir for 5 minutes; add 5 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;
5. Add 30kg water to stir for 5 minutes;
6. Add 30kg water to stir for 5 minutes; add 5 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;
7. Add 30kg water to stir for 5 minutes;
8. Add 30kg water to stir for 5 minutes;
9. Slowly add rest water while stirring, stir evenly for 5-10 minutes, add glacial acetic acid to adjust pH value to 5-6;
10. Filter and pack.

Notice
Must use high speed machine, in last step, can add water slowly.
