Product Introduction:This product is a quaternized modified multi-copolymerized silicone softener.

Advantage

Application
Mainly used for cellulose fibers, polyester-cotton, nylon-cotton and other blended fibers are also used.

Usage amount for reference
Dipping method: SilibaseTXR-1190 diluted solution 1~5% (o.w.f)
Padding method: SilibaseTXR-1190 diluted solution 10~50 g/L

Package
50kg or 120kg plastic barrel.

Storage
Store in cool and ventilated warehouse. 6 months of storage period.

Note
During storage, this product will appear indistinct stratification, which is a normal phenomenon. Mixing well before use will not affect the application of the product.

Formula
SilibaseTXR-1190: 200kg Emulsifier TO-7: 20kg
Glacial acetic acid: 1kg Water: 860kg

Dilute Process
1. Add emulsifier and crude oil into the stirring tank, start stirring, and stir well for 5-10 minutes;
2. Add 60kg of water and stir for 5 minutes, then add 1kg of acid and stir for 5-10 minutes;
3. Add 80kg of water and stir well for 5-10 minutes;
4. Add 80kg of water and stir well for 5-10 minutes;
5. Add 120kg of water and stir well for 5-10 minutes;
6. Add 150kg of water and stir well for 5-10 minutes;
7. Add 100kg of water and stir well for 5-10 minutes;
8. Slowly add the remaining water under stirring conditions, stir well for 5-10 minutes; filter and pack.

Notice
1.A high-speed disperser must be used for emulsification, and the stirring speed can be slowed down by adding all water for the last time;
2.The emulsifier is ecommended to use TO-7. The weather is cold in winter and the emulsifier is easy to freeze. Please heat and thaw and stir before use.
