Product Introduction
This product is a quaternized modified multi-copolymerized silicone softener.
Application
Hydrophilic soft finish for all types of fibers.

Dipping method: SilibaseTXR-1101 diluted solution 1~5% (o.w.f)
Padding method: SilibaseTXR-1101 diluted solution 10~50 g/L

50kg or 120kg plastic barrel.
Storage
Store in cool and ventilated warehouse. 6 months of storage period.
Note:During storage, this product will appear indis_x005ftinct stratification, which is a normal phenomenon. Mixing well before use will not affect the application of the product.

SilibaseTXR-1101: 250kg
Glacial acetic acid: 2.5kg
Water: 750kg
Operation Process
1. Add emulsifier and crude oil into the stirring tank, start stirring, and stir well for 5-10 minutes；
2. Add 60kg of water and stir for 5 minutes, then add 1kg of acid and stir for 10-15 minutes；
3. Add 80kg of water and stir well for 10-15 minutes;
4. Add 80kg of water and stir well for 5-10 minutes;
5. Add 120kg of water and stir well for 5-10 minutes;
6. Add 150kg of water and stir well for 5-10 minutes;
7. Slowly add the remaining water under stirring conditions, stir well for 5-10 minutes; filter and pack.
