Product Introduction
Good Handle Hydrophilic Silicone Oil is modified quaternary ammonium multi-copolymerized polymer polysiloxane.

Advantage

2. Good elastic, the treated fabric feels like silk.
3. Excellent hydrophilicity.
4. Higher frequency of washing resistance.
5.High temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, high shear resistance, good stability.
6. Tiny yellowing, no effect on whiteness and color shade of fabric.

Application
Mainly used for cellulose fibers, other blended fibers can also be used.

Usage amount for reference
diluted emulsion (20% solid content)
(1) Dipping Process: 1~5% (o.w.f)
(2) Padding Process: 10~50g/l

Package
50kg or 120kg plastic barrel.

Storage
Store in cool and ventilated warehouse. 6 months of storage period.

Formula
Hydrophilic Silicone Oil: 230Kg
Emulsifier: 60Kg
Glacial acetic acid: 3Kg
Water: 707Kg

Dilute Process
1. Add Hydrophilic Silicone Oil ，emulsifier to reactor, start stirring for 5-10 minutes;
2. Add 50kg water to stir for 5~10 minutes;
3. Add 50kg water to stir for 5~10 minutes, add 3 kg acid to stir for 5-10 minutes;
4. Add 50kg water to stir for 5 ~10minutes;
5. Add 50kg water to stir for 5~10 minutes;
6. Add 50kg water to stir for 5~10 minutes;
7. Add 100kg water to stir for 5~10 minutes;
8. Add 100kg water to stir for 5~10 minutes;
9. Slowly add rest water while stirring, stir evenly for 5-10 minutes, add glacial acetic acid to adjust pH value to 5-6;
10. Filter and pack.

Notice
1. Must use high speed machine, in last step, can add water slowly.
2. Emulsifier: recommend AEO-6 (or XL40:XL90=1:1)
3. When in cold weather, emulsifier is easy to freeze, heat and thaw before use.
