Product Introduction
It is a polymer lipid softener.

Advantage

3. It can be combined with high-concentration fluffing oil to improve the hair-raisingeffect and shorten the hair-raising time and frequency.

Application
1. Suitable for soft finishing of cotton, hemp, chemical fiber, denim, yarn and blended fabrics of various fibers.
2. The hot water solvent has low viscosity and low foam, which is suitable for printing and dyeing factories.
3. Cold water solvent has high viscosity and is suitable for washing plants.

Dilute method:
Dipping method 1to10 dilute liquid dosage: 3～10% (o.w.f)

Storage
Waterproof, prevent extrusion, stacking height should not exceed 8 layer, unfavorable temperature above 35 ℃.
One year of storage period.
Suggestion: Dilution should be finished one-time or must be sealed.

Dilution Method
Example: open dilute product:1 to 10
Feeding:
SilibaseTXR-SFD: 100kg
Water: 900kg
Total: 1000kg

Operation Process
1. Add room temperature water, turn on low-speed stirring to form a vortex.
2. Slowly add the weighed film, turn on the heating device at the same time, raise the temperature to 65-70℃, and adjust the speed according to the situation.
3. The soft tablet gradually dissolves into a milky white liquid, until it iscompletely dissolved, stop stirring.
4. Cool down to the safe temperature of human body, filter out the material, and store it with a cover.

Cold water melt process
Turn on the stirring and slowly add the film to the water at about 30 ℃ in proportion, stir and disperse and soak for 2 hours, (or soak overnight) and then stir at low speed until it is completely dissolved for later use (the stirring speed is fast and the foam is more).

Remark
1. Be sure to clean the chemical container before mixing to avoid problems with the chemical.
2. If it is mixed with other auxiliaries, please inform the laboratory in advance to do the test, so as to avoid the problem of unstable compounding between the auxiliaries.
3. A small amount of insoluble flakes may be attached to the stirring shaft, or filter flakes out that have not been subjected to stirring shearing force.
4. It is best to use up the dissolved emulsion at one time.
If it is not used up, it must be sealed and stored.
