Suitable for woven or knitted fabrics of various fibers, especially suitable for cotton and its blended fabrics.

pH value: 5 〜6, if the pH value is too high, it will affect the durability of the product.

Application suggestions
1.Fabric preparation: There should be no surface active substances remaining on the untreated fabric.
2.Preparation of treatment solution: It is recommended to adjust the pH of the water 5-6 with acetic acid, and then add SilibaseTXR-SF94; when finishing with resin or using it with other products, it is recommended to dissolve other products first.
3.Drying and curing: the drying temperature and time depend on the fiber type, cloth type and machine type; For resin finishing and processing, the temperature of resin finishing should be enough for fluorine-free water repellent to cure; mechanical treatments, such as fluffing and calendering, are best performed before curing.
4.Recommendations for washing resistance: a crosslinking agent can be added to the formula to improve the washing resistance. Its dosage is 10-20g/l, adding about 15% of the amount of waterproofing agent, and the minimum concentration is not lower than 10g/L.
