Product Information
Fluorine-containing acrylate polymer emulsion.

Application
Applied to the water repellent finishing for T/C, nylon, cotton and its blended fabrics.

Basic Character
Appearance: pale creamy yellow
Ionic: Weak Cationic
pH: 2.0~5.0
Solid content: 36 ± 1%

Usage Amount for Reference
Polyester: 10~30g/L
Nylon: 15~35g/L
Cotton and its blended fabrics: 20~40g/L
Processing method: One padding and one dipping
Baking conditions:
160-180°C×0.5~2min (Chemical fiber)
150-160°C×2~3min (Cotton and blended fiber)
Liquid rate:
30-90% (Chemical fiber)
50-70% (Cotton and blended fiber)

Package
120kg or 1000kg/Drum

Storage
Keeping in a sealed container at 5-30°C, 12 months of storage period.
