Application:
Silibase-O1742 is suitable for various complexshapes, all densities of polyethylene and copolymer; suitable in the bigprocessing craft latitude, filled composites and so on, has the highapplication temperature, outstanding properties of compressive resistancedecomposition, wear resistance and anti-shocking; graft to principal chain ofpolymer, thus modify polyethylene and other polymers, making its side chainwith this ester base, as the active spot of lukewarm water crossing linking.
Silibase-O1742 can be used in glass fiber, toeffectively improve the mechanical property of fiberglass products, includingbending strength, tensile strength and the adhesion of substrates and manykinds of resins, including thermosetting, thermoplastic, etc.
Silibase-O1742 is used as the additive of printingink and coating, to enable the printing ink and the paint film to have finehardness and radiance.
Silibase-O1742can be used to enhance the adhesion strength of optical fiber coating.
As the strengthening agent and the crossinglinking promoter, Silibase-O1742 is widely used in compound materials, coating,printing ink, glue and sealing materials, and also serves as resin modifiedadditive and enzyme fixing agent.
As crosslinking agent, Silibase-O1742 may be usedto crosslink silane with polyethylene electric cable and tubing. In wire andcable industry, Silibase-O1742 can improve consumption factor and specificinductance capacitance when used to treat EPDM system stuffed by pottery clayand crosslinked by peroxide.
Polymerizes with vinyl acetate and acrylic acid ormethyl acrylic acid monomer. These polymers are widely used in coating,adhesive and sealing agents, Silibase-O1742 provides excellent adhesion anddurability.
