Application:
Silibase-I0032 can be used as intermediate to produce many kinds ofcoupling agents and silicone fluids.
In the rubber industry, the strength of polyurethane elastomer can beenhanced by inducing polarized chloropropyl group from this product. Silibase-I0032is also applicable to synthesize vulcanized rubber with low penetrativity, lowrolling resistance, high elasticity and elongation rate.
In the plastic industry, Silibase-I0032 can be used to restrain thepenetrating out of PVC additive, keeping the plastic clean; it can also be usedas absorbent for polyurethane foam to improve its climate adaptability.
In the textile industry, Silibase-I0032 can be used to make fabrictreatment agent, which can soften fabric, enhance its elasticity, preventfabric from yellowing and improve its dyeing performance.
In the printing industry, Silibase-I0032 can be used to make negativelycharged toner for electrostatic copying, graphic imaging etc.
