The traditional hydrophilic polyether silicone oil has better hydrophilicity and water solubility, but its flexibility and finishing effect are poor in durability. Therefore, the development of a new type of hydrophilic silicone softener with excellent flexibility and durability has strong practical significance.

Introduction
Softener is a compound of organopolysiloxane polymer and polymer, suitable for softening natural fiber textiles such as cotton, wool, silk, hemp and human hair.
Organosilicon fabric finishing auxiliaries have a wide range of applications in fabric finishing. This additive can treat not only natural fiber fabrics, but also various synthetic fibers such as polyester and nylon. The treated fabric is anti-wrinkle, anti-fouling, anti-static, anti-pilling, plump, soft, elastic and shiny, and has a smooth, cool and firm style. Silicone treatment can also increase the strength of the fiber and reduce wear. Silicone softener is a promising softener, and it is also an important additive to improve product quality and increase product added value in textile printing and dyeing.

What are the precautions for daily use of softener softener?
There are many types of softeners and softeners. Some are suitable for wool and silk, some are suitable for cotton and linen, some are suitable for chemical fiber, and some are suitable for blending. Generally acidic, used for softening bath towels, bed sheets, clothes and woolen fabrics.

Precautions:
First, when using softeners, the temperature is generally controlled at about 600C.Second, most of the softeners are acidic, suitable for stable operation in slightly acid, and cannot be mixed with alkaline materials for use.
Third, the drying temperature must be controlled during the drying process, generally drying at 800C, or turning off the steam valve when drying is 80% dry, and switching to cold air drying can achieve the softening effect.
Fourth, the softener (tablet and powder) is divided into hot water type and cold water type. When dissolving, it should be based on their characteristics. If the soft tablet is of hot water type, hot water or heating is required to dissolve the softener. Generally The soft flakes or powder should be dissolved in 1:10-15 times of water, that is, one kilogram of soft flakes are dissolved into an aqueous solution with 10-15 kilograms of hot water, and then the material is processed according to the softness of the clothes.
