SilibaseDFX-3073 defoamer is Performance Comparable to DOWSIL™ ACP-3073. SilibaseDFX-3073 is a high content silicone defoamer that can achieve the persistence required by traditional defoamers in small amounts. It is used in conventional surfactants, polymer foaming systems; as well as foam control agents and process aids for papermaking, pulping and washing. SilibaseDFX-3073 Antifoam Compound is a 100% active silicone antifoam compound designed to control foam in aggressive foaming environments such as those typically encountered in chemical pulping.

1.SilibaseDFX-3073 is a 100% active silicone antifoam compound used to control foam in vigorous foaming environments.

2.Before being added to the foaming medium, it must be prepared as a dispersion or emulsion. Aqueous emulsions can be prepared and preserved using commercially available emulsifiers and preservatives.

SilibaseDFX-3073 is packed in 200KG iron drum. If there are special requirements, it can be negotiated and customized.

Store SilibaseDFX-3073 at room temperature, do not place it near a heat source or expose it to sunlight. Do not add acids, alkalis, salts and other substances to this product. Keep container tightly closed when not in use to avoid contamination by harmful bacteria.

According to the general chemical storage method. After use, ensure that it is sealed to avoid deterioration.

Shelf life is 12 months from date of manufacture at recommended storage temperature and in unopened packaging. After the storage period has expired, it should be inspected for failure, if not, it can still be used.
