Introduction:
This transparent fluoropolymer product is formulated as a water-based dispersion with a standard solid content of approximately 50%. The dispersed hydrophobic polymer particles feature an almost spherical structure with a uniform average particle size of 120 nm.
It is a concentrated aqueous dispersion composed of tetrafluoroethylene, hexafluoropropylene, and vinylidene fluoride ternary copolymers. It possesses properties such as low-temperature processing, low flammability, thermal stability, melt processing capability, flexibility, weather resistance, chemical resistance, and stain resistance. It can be used to coat heat-sensitive substrates such as polyester fibers to improve the substrate's permeability and backflow resistance.

Applications
