Product Introduction
This product is a silicon - carbon bond,non-hydrolyzable polysiloxane - polyether
copolymer, a dedicated one-componentpolyurethane foam. It provides excellent
emulsification, to ensure uniformmixing of the components in the formulation,
the effect to stabilize the cell.
Characteristic
Foam stabilizer has excellent emulsifying ability and foamstability.
Foam cell enables generation of a uniform, while it provides a strongshear
stability, and to reduce void phenomenon. Especially in low polar fillerrecipe
can improve the stability of the foam.
Provide good resilience foam,especially for the low proportion of black material
system.
Recommendation 100 per reactant SilibasePU-9830 is added in anamount of
1.5-2.5 parts.

Lifeand Storage
The product is valid for 12 months, more than 12 months may continueto use such testing qualified.
The product shall be stored in a cool dry place, away from fire andheat.
This product hypothermia become turbid, and even solidified. It doesnot affect the performance and use. Heated to about 30 ℃ transparent again.
