Overview
Amino silicone oil emulsion is a multi-component amino-modified silicone elastomer suitable for soft finishing of polyester, wig, cotton and blended fabrics. It is especially suitable for the finishing of polyester suede fabric and leather surface.
Characteristics
○ It can impart excellent smoothness, agility and drape to the fabric;
○ Give the fabric a better gloss and increase the brightness of the fabric;
○The working liquid for impregnation or padding of the fabric has less color drop and less foam;
○ The wet and dry rubbing fastness of the fabric is basically not affected, especially for polyester microfiber fabrics.
○ It is used for polyester velvet fabric, polyester cotton velvet, cotton ammonia, cotton brocade, polyester cotton, polyester ammonia, leather, etc. It has obvious hand effect and outstanding slip and activity;
○ It is suitable for the impregnation of various fabrics, the adsorption force is relatively strong, it is easy to absorb, and there is no silicone oil spot.

PH value: 6.0~8.0 (1% aqueous solution)
Solubility: can be dispersed in water at any ratio

application
It is suitable for soft finishing of polyester, wig, cotton and its blended fabrics. It is especially suitable for the finishing of polyester suede fabric and leather surface.
Dipping method: directly use a softener diluent.
Padding method: If the softener is used, it is 30% solid and the amount is 10~30g/L.
package
This product is packed in 120 kg plastic drums.
Storage
Store in a cool dry place, avoid sun exposure, storage period of one year, transported as general items.
