Compared with solvent-addition siliconerelease agent emulsion having safety and no environmental pollution. However,the narrow temperature range, the curing time, curing conditions typicalvarieties of 120 ~ 150 ℃, 30 ~ 40s. Due to limitations dosage range and peel force byemulsion type addition silicone releasing agent is mainly used fornon-pressure-sensitive adhesive. Such as rubber, asphalt and other stickysubstances packaging, sticky food packaging. Some varieties can also be usedfor wallpaper, labels, tape release film. Emulsion type silicone releasingagent in use there are four main issues:
1. The water evaporates slowly, so thedrying temperature is higher than solvent-based.
2. Water on a paper substrate has aswelling effect, mishandled paper will release losing dimensional stability.
3. The plastic film substrate is not goodwettability, coating uniformity is difficult to limited use.
4. The coating solution is easy to producea foam, affect coating uniformity.
